There are times when I am craving chocolate, but I just don't have the time to make anything. When I first heard of drinking chocolate, I thought they meant hot chocolate, which is more milk and sugar than cocoa. This is very thick, rich and decadent, and super simple to make. I normally make a full mug, which is 4 portions of the ratios listed below, but I rarely have it all in 1 sitting.

Packaging the leftovers, and Reheating
- If I make more that I can drink, I just add it to my coffee the next morning as a starter mocha! I often have to re-microwave on small bursts to get the chocolate to combine with the coffee after it is brewed, but is a wonderful addition to my morning.
